Since, in the past few days, I have been making things that were already invented I decided to invent something myself. I call it “The Wheel”. Now before you go and say that I copied the Mesopotamians, think about the fact that I have never made a wheel and I just figured out what it looks like. Anyway, I have gotten a lot of orders from StoneAgeProductions.neolithic so I am going to make some more. The first thing I did was get some flat, sturdy wood from George(The Logger). I layed 5 of them flat adjacent to each other. I then cut two separate pieces in half with my serrated bone saw and placed them in the middle of the flat piece, perpendicular to the other wood. I took some stone nails from my tool box(Coming Up Tomorrow) and hammered them in in the middle of the wooden backplate where each piece of wood met another. I finally made a large cut around the outside in a circular shape and added some sap adhesive along the edges to attach the five pieces of wood that form the wheel shape together. The last cut was more of an incision and I traced a hole shape in the center of the wheel on both sides to make it easier to cut through in that shape. I then repeatedly hit the center of the wheel(Where It traced the hole) until it broke out and I had a wheel. My clients are going to make wagons from my supply of wheels but since the technology is new I decided to make the axles for them. It was a very simple process really. I purchased a straight tree branch from George and took out a rough, wet stone and started evening out the branch until it was a pole. All I had to do then was carefully shave it down until it fits in the wheels hole. My client(undisclosed) was happy with the purchase and they said that they would be around and he might want some more wheels and axles for a wagon business he is starting. Well, today was a very successful day of building and selling! Bye For Now!l
